What do I do if I forgot my Password?

Simple, click on this link: "Forgot password". We will send your password to the email address you registered with when you joined UPForIt.com.

Can I change my Screenname?

Yes, just contact admin@upforit.com and provide the screenname you want. We will check if it is available and not already in use. We will then change the screenname for you.

How do I change my Password?

In order to change your password:
1.Click on the "My account" link in the top menu..
2.Click on the "Update your Password" button in the Account block.
3.Enter your new password, retype it in the appropriate boxes and click on the "change password" button.

How do I change my Email address?

Under our terms and conditions, you must provide us with a valid email address in order to use UPForIt. To change your email address:
1. Click on the "My Account" link in the top menu.
2. Click on the "Update your Email" button in the Account block.
3. Enter the new email address and press the "Update Address" button.
Once you have changed your email address, it must be verified. We do this by sending a new password to the new email address you entered. Once you have logged in using the new password, you will regain full access to the site.

What if it says my Password is incorrect?

If the system does not accept your password, your account must have been blocked. Possible reasons for that are:
1. You emailed Customer Service and asked them to remove your profile, or you removed your account using the "Remove Account" button.
2. Some of our customers complained about your activity.
Please contact admin@upforit.com to resolve the issue if neither of these situations describes your problem.

Can I control the mail that UPForIt sends to me?

Yes. You can select the mails that you receive form UPForIt.
To update your Email settings:
1. Click on the "My Account" link in the top menu.
2. Click on the "Email Settings" button in the Account block.
3. Turn off/on the several different types of email services and press the "Update Email Settings" button.

How do I permanently remove my Account?

Removing your account means that all your photos and personal information will no longer be available to other members. You will not be able to use contacts found on the website. Please remember that you will lose all Full Member's benefits if you choose to remove your account.

To permanently remove your account:
1. Click on the "my account" link in the top menu.
2. Click on the "Remove Account" button in the Account block.

If you decide to restore your profile just log on to the site again.
